i do crew, which is the most physically demanding sport you can possibly imagine.
if you havent heard of an erg you have not felt true pain yet (unless of course youre one of those ppl who cuts themselves or somethin :P....eeewwwww).
anyway so yeah crew is tough 3 days a week hard endurance exercise for an hour and a half, and it starts 5 days a week in december, o joy.....

walk to the shops in queensland in the 35 degree (celsius) heat with almost no wind. a 10 min walk felt like 2 hours. we walked everyday twice to get food and stuff. now im bak to basketball and hopefully bak to swimming by the end of the year.

Addition: Since cleaning my basement, I had to push a engine-dead car up a 50 degree angle street to the local garage with the help of my three friends...NOT FUN =/

try riding a bycicle up at 75 degree incline, now that is fun to watch!

i have updated most physically exerting task!

warm ups for wrestlin'-
150 crunches
150 sit ups
75 push ups
40 roley poley's
80 seconds of neck bridges

wrestling-
live (real) wrestling for 3 hours

endurance building-
run laps around the Gym for 30 minutes non stop no breaks, then 30 suicides on a | | | | line course

mat rolling-
spend 15 minutes trying to roll the3 huge stupid mats perfectly :\

EDIT: i'll prolly have an even more physical one on monday, because coach said we're gonna have to work off that turkey!
